Great news for our medical marijuana patients! If you are registered in the Washington State medical marijuana system, starting June 6th, 2024, you are exempt from the 37% excise tax along with the sales tax on DOH Compliant cannabis products.

what are the benefits of this program?
Registered patients may access products with higher THC limits, higher purchasing limits, and greater discounts for all products that have a DOH compliant label.
Must be a washington State Resident
You must be a resident of Washington State with valid ID.
Qualifying medical condition such as:
Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Multiple sclerosis, Epilepsy, or other seizure disorders, Intractable pain, Glaucoma, Crohn’s disease, PTSD.
Approved Medical Authorization
Obtain a medical authorization from a healthcare practitioner licensed in Washington State. Ask our budtender for more information and/or recommendations.
Must be a card holder
Medical marijuana patients must register with our state’s medical marijuana program to receive a recognition card.
How do I obtain a medical Authorization card?
Herban Market is WADOH endorsed and has a medical consultant on-site Monday/Tuesday from 9AM-3PM and Friday 12PM-4:30PM for walk-ins. Alternatively, appointments can be scheduled by speaking with one of our team members
Can I use this card at any Cannabis Dispensary?
No, the patient can only purchase from an endorsed dispensary approved by Washington State.
