Ingredients:
2 apples
2 Bosc pears
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup green seedless grapes
1/2 cup dried cranberries
zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons orange juice Directions:
Core and slice the apples and pears, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice so
they do not discolor. Add the grapes, cranberries and lemon zest, and
sprinkle with the orange juice.
